A good use of this only moment you know you have would be to let go of fear, let go of anger, let go of stress, let go of worry, let go of struggle, let go of hurry and let go of self-criticism. By letting go of all these very unnecessary feelings and emotions, you'll be giving yourself the opportunity to re-focus, re-center and re-connect, which is a wonderful way to spend this one glorious moment that is now.
